Cavanaugh Flight Museum

I visited the Cavanaugh Flight Museum in Addison, TX, yesterday and had fun wandering around looking at the planes. I had to fight the sun, and most of the planes were parked at weird angles and roped off which prevented me from getting some of the shots I wanted. I mostly worked on using the manual settings and trying to meter the right exposure. I'm starting to get the hang of it a little bit - but thankfully there is always the auto settings! I've always been a fan of nose art, and I hear that Katie's dad loves it too - so I added a few shots of that in for him.

Studio Pictures

One of my class assignments was to take pictures in the "studio" Mr. Adams set up in the teacher's office. I just thought I 'd share them with you. It was actually really fun and I really liked messing with the lighting. My friend Rachel Cook is the model.

Winter - Mark

Here are what I have for 'Winter' pictures so far - I played around in Photoshop with a few of them.

I get what Lisa was saying about fences - somehow I'm always drawn to framing one in a picture - I can't help it.

Windmill, Take 2

Several different variations on the moving blades - plus a bonus shot of a Texas-starred item!
